Forever and ever

Facebook Post from Remembering Taryn Elkins and Kayan William Trujillo
March 8, 2018

This is going to be a very special weekend for me. Saturday I'm going to the Denver LDS temple to participate in a ceremony for Taryn. In the Mormon church we make promises to God in the sacred temples. These promises are called endowments and after someone has died it's possible to do their endowments for them by proxy. It's been a year since Taryn died so I'm going to go this Saturday and take out her endowments for her. I will make those promises for her in her name. It's up to her if she wants to accept this work I'll do for her. Even in the spirit world we have choices. For those of you who don't know about temple endowments or aren't familiar with what we do in our church here is a link that explains it.

I know with all my heart that she will be with me when I'm there. This mortal life is not the end of us, it's our chance to prove to Heavenly Father that we can be the best people we know how to be and help others and show love to those who need us. My love for Taryn is eternal. There is no way to measure it or know how to even try.

More pictures of you...

It's been three years since I wrote in this blog.  I write to Taryn in a journal I've kept since she died and it's really help...
